  • Mike Mahoney - ANADARKO PETROLEUM CORPORATION

“COLD CREEK HAS BEEN A KEY PART OF OUR OPERATIONS HERE IN SOUTH TEXAS SINCE THE START OF OUR OPERATIONS. They have been involved with road constructions and repair as well as pad locations constructions and ranch pond construction.

Cold Creek came to use with a process for road repair of oil infusion that would give us a better quality of road and help us as a company in the future to reduce cost and constant road maintenance. Not only did it give us a better quality of road it was a huge safety factor improvement that eliminated lease road dust giving us safer driving conditions and lower vehicle maintenance to our vehicle fleet.

The quality of management and personnel and final project results are always to the highest standards.”

  • John Baumhardt - HOWARD ENERGY PARTNERS

“Cold Creek Construction has performed many tasks for Howard Energy Partners. They have constructed most of our facility pads, ranging anywhere from 5 acre to 60 acre site.

The sites that Howard Energy builds are for long-term facilities requiring very tight tolerances. These facilities are lasting longer than other pads have been built and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of our pads.

Howard Energy’s flagship facility is in Laredo, TX and there is quite a bit of road traffic associated with the site. Howard Energy has been spending money twice a year on repairing the road, where it actually felt rougher than before. I visited with Judd at Cold Creek for ideas and he suggested that we try their oil injection process for repairing and sealing the road. This process worked incredibly well and the road has been fixed. It was such a successful process that speeding is an actual concern for the first time in 3 years.

I have used Cold Creek Construction for both pad and road work. I feel confident in them for these projects at any size. I would recommend using Cold Creek to anyone with site improvements, grass-root construction and/or road construction projects.”
